IB Analyst Interview (Positive Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied online and the process took 2 months - interviewed at Citi in January 2014.
Interview Details Applied online, followed up with cold calling and a phone pitch. Did three phone interviews that were mostly technical and IB related. The big surprise was in the AC- No technical questions but you get stretched with the business case and the other activities. Time management is key and you get evaluated against people with you in the AC.

Analyst Interview (Neutral Experience; Average Interview)
The process took a day - interviewed at Citi in December 2010.
Interview Details Interviewed with a trader, a salesperson, and a research analyst. Questions covered resume and technical finance stuff. Asked me about trade ideas and my motivation for finance and Citi.

Finace Management Associate Program Interview (Neutral Experience; Difficult Interview)
I applied through college or university and the process took 3 days - interviewed at Citi in October 2009.
Interview Details First day: two interviews with two current members of the program now at the VP level. Second day, 3 more interviews with people at the director level and a panel interview with VPs and HR. Additionally, a finance test (not difficult, mainly accounting math) and a presentation as to why my decision on the finance test.

Interview Details The interviewer was very kind and eased me in with a lot of talking about the company and talking about his own experience. there was a bit of competency but nothing out of the usual. Also paid close attention to my CV and made sure he dug deep into any unasnswered sections
