Interview Details Four rounds of interviewing:
1. HR Interview: General stuff. Why are you looking for a job and questions like that.
2. Phone interview with my manager: Technical overview. Some tricky questions, but overall the medium of difficulty would be medium
3. Onsite Interview: The whole team interviewed me so there were 8 interviewers in all. Resume related questions, 1 case study, some quick technical brush-up
Interview Question – Business case regarding the current job. Analyzing a 50 page case in less than 10 mins. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No negotiation but the benefits sold me.

Interview Details I got a call in for a production support role. Totally 4 rounds.
1. Phone interview.
2. Technical (Video conferencing - as i was in chennai and the role was for bangalore.For local guys its face to face)
3. Technical round 2 interbiew (video conf again).
4. HR discussion.
Negotiation Details – I got an extra 50 grand(9% extra from initial offer. But if u negotiate tough can make it for another 5-7%..(may be if they like you)

Interview Details Sent my resume to one of the recruiters , got call the next day and she told she would submit the resume to the manager. the next day or so she called a scheduled phone interview. 4 one on one phone interviews. Next they invited me for in-person interview. Whoever interviewed me on phone were all there in the in-person interview.
In one or two days another recruiter called me and told the team was interested in my background and asked details abt my current visa status etc., He asked for few references and I gave two. The director contacted the references I gave.
