I applied through college or university and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Procter & Gamble in November 2010.

Interview Details The first part was applying for the interview and passing a knowledge test that was given. Once you passed that you then recieved the invite to do an on campus interview. Then a site interview with a panel of ppl another knowledge test than a campus tour. Experience was great

Interview Question – Who are you what do you like to do in your spare time?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – There was no negotiating. But I heard the best things to pull if you need more money is to talk about the cost of living and also look at the national average for your degree if you are below that you can ask for more money as well.
