M&A Tax Associate Interview

Anonymous Employee

I applied through college or university and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at PwC.

Interview Details After initial interview, got a call back for an office visit. Office visit consisted of 3 45 minute interviews with people at various levels, followed by lunch with a big group of people, mostly from lower levels of management and associates. The whole process of the office visit lasted about 4 hours. Background: I am an attorney with a Tax LL.M., so I'm not sure if anything will differ.

Had a group of young associates to take you around to each interview and lunch, and also had a coffee break with younger associates.

Interview Question – Behavioral questions, why an accounting firm? Why M&A? Mostly just trying to see if you're a normal, fun person - would you be a total pill at 2 AM on a hard project or fun to be around?   Answer Question
