    Pros

A leader, a fast paced, innovative high hitter. Great for the CV and for experience. Totally customer focussed which is genuine and propagates through all levels.

    Cons

None of the company values truly focus on the employee. They just don't care. The remuneration is complex and not as rewarding as the competition. There is a high staff turnover because of these factors which ultimately cost the company more money!

    Advice to Management

Please remember - happy employees = happy customers. There is always a direct link. Look after your own - PLEASE

    Pros

    Wage.
Quick promotion possibility is possible but not for certain.

    Cons

You have to work with people who can't understand you because they don't speak English. It is only bad if you are not Polish.
Tough working conditions (COLD and noisy warehouse).
    Physically exhausting

    Advice to Management

-Treat people with respect. Though it is hard to believe, we also have personal life that doesn't include Amazon.
-Hire those who can speak English.

    Pros

    - Expanding company, opportunities to see many sides of the business
    - There is a focus on ownership and bias for action, meaning you have the freedom to come up with an idea, build a business case and drive that idea to success
    - Great range of very smart people, great opportunity to learn and develop through them

    Cons

    - Not much formal training/ development offered
    - Slow promotion process. Have to be in the company for at least 18 months.

    Pros

Pay is good if you're in the right roles - Higher technical and management roles at least, some opportunity for travel in key roles. Share options aren't too bad.

    Cons

If you are good at what you do and can follow the company line then you will do well, unfortunately in terms of IT in the warehouse part of the company don't expect to get a lot of technical work or opportunities for growth - far too many operational meetings that will destroy your soul. The Operations team is GOD which is understandable but other departments always come second even if their work actually supports the day to day operations. Expect lots of last minute projects that have to be delivered yesterday only to find most aren't used by Operations for months - begging the question of why the rush.

    Advice to Management

Give support departments more respect for the work and advice that they give, Customers are what is important but the staff are the ones that make your company work, they need love too.

    Pros

people are lovely, willing to teach and bright.
work is interesting, has a lot of systems that can be helpful, able to work with a lot of data
work-life balance is quite good and flexible

    Cons

disorganised, frantic. too busy fighting fires rather than thinking strategically. poor recruiting and onboarding process - little or no contact, very self service, kind of like a big start up still, perks are not great either.

    Cons

un social hours, lots of standing up, no respect etc.

    Advice to Management

possibly add more incentives or more motivational ideas for people to work instead of just working towards the target
