I have been working at Deutsche Bank full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

The graduate program is very thorough and offers varied job rotations and qualification opportunities. Also being a global investment bank means there are options to move abroad internally and are often encouraged by senior management.

    Cons

Being a large bank can mean that any change initiatives being undertaken can be very slow and sometimes ineffective which can damage employee morale with large sums of money being wasted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Implement change at a smaller level as opposed to trying to change the entire bank at once.

I worked at Deutsche Bank as an intern (less than an year)

    Pros

Extremely friendly people. - doesn't feel like work. Great benefits - financially and generally for your career. Love the firm and my work.

    Cons

Hours are obviously long, and there isn't really lunch breaks - just grab something, etc. but these are elements that you'd expect - so can't really complain.
