    Pros

DynCorp International is an excellent company to work for and treat their employees with dignity and respect. The pay scale is very fair. Upper Management constantly encourages intercompany training.

Maintain the current upper management relationship with the lower levels and continue to keep employees up-to-date on issues and continue the excellent training.
