backwards looking firm that cannot see beyond a transactional business model.

    Consultant (Former Employee) London, England

ProsLovely colleagues and a team based, collaborative culture

ConsA sausage machine focused only on volume but without the upside benefit of a commission structure.

Advice to Senior ManagementUnderstand the heart of professional services firms to become true trusted advisors to clients across a breadth of human capital offerings. Lead and stop following what you know. Innovate and grow through diversification and depth of client relationships.

Boring, lack of creativity, no free thinking (in fact it's suppressed); it's white collared sweat shop. Do yourself a fa

In A Senior Role (Current Employee) Gurgaon, Haryana (India)

ProsSalary on time and yearly bonus, weekends are honored (only in 1 team though)

ConsThere is absolutely no connect with the parent company; we are not a subsidiary, we are a service provider. Stagnant, you will learn everything in six months, after that it's downhill.

Advice to Senior ManagementConnect with your employees and stop living in a self-made clique / ivory tower.

    Summer Analyst

Summer Analyst (Former Employee) Miami, FL (US)

ProsGreat Pay, nice people to work with.

ConsLots of micromanagement. The work is pretty boring, very mundane and lots of data entry. Hope you like linkedin.

Work hard, no speaking. Think of your typical "Office Space" setting

No room for growth. You can work as hard as you want, and maybe after 15 years you'll become a Research Director, but good luck ever becoming a Consultant.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou're all very nice people. Nothing bad to report about you, but I guess the industry is very boring by its nature.
