    Pros

    Hook-up's on hotel rooms, and meeting new people.

    Cons

    Ever changing staff, and E-Verify seriously needs to investigate the hospitality industry as a whole.

    Advice to Management

    Either start paying more, or grant more PTO so employee's can PLAN AHEAD.

    Great Management, Friendly Co Workers, Good Atmosphere, Great discounts

    Cons

    Nights can wear you down after a few years, disrespectful guests; but you have those everywhere.

    Advice to Management

    Things have improved a lot since 2009, I think they're doing great.

    Good employee discounts, friendly atmosphere.

    Closed down for rennovation shortly after I was hired.

    Learned a lot. Meeting many new people. Close to home. Great schedules

    Leadership is non existent and lack of follow through with advancement guarantees.

    cheap rates on hotel stays all over the world, fun staff, Management allows you to be creative

    The managers have all been there for years, no room for advancement in this particular hotel.

    Pros

    Co workers were a lot of fun to work with. Hotel benefits are great.

    Horrible on site training. Was left by myself within the first week or so.

    Pros

    As a Brand Hampton has to be by far the Best with all the support offered to employees it allows any employee the opportunity to grow professional. I am grateful for the experience I received working at a Hampton Inn.

    Cons

    The biggest issue I found was with ownership and the constant battle over following how the owners wanted things done and being able to follow brand standard. Compensation for the job done wasn't acceptable.

    Advice to Management

    setting boundaries is a must with this particular company and make sure compensation is given.
