    ProsThe store manager is amazing. She has a great sense of humor but always remains professional. She works with you and your schedule. The employee perks are great, specifically the 20% employee discount. The coworkers are great and the store store always smells good.

    Advice to Senior ManagementMore advertising to reach a broader customer base. I have spoken with several people that don't even know what Kirkland's is.

    Always something to do

    -merchandise is different and never feels repetitive
    -no micromanagement so feels like a community
    -small and easy to tidy things up

    ConsNo hype for customers for a grand opening of a new store. Management seemed nervous.
