    Pros

The company is very stable and forward-thinking. They are in-line with other oil and gas companies as far as benefits and salary goes.

    Cons

Due to the drop in oil and gas prices, re-organizing and layoffs ensued. That naturally creates stress and hurts morale among the employees.

    Advice to Management

There are not many opportunities for advancement or defined career paths in certain departments. Upward mobility is a continual unknown.

    Pros

Good pay rate, standard hours with half days on Fridays. Putting a lot of capital in the future growth plans.

    Cons

Management is having difficulty with their rapid growth- still a good 'ol boy mentality that will be inefficient in scaling.
