    Great internship experience

Internship Offshore Wind (Current Employee) The Hague (Netherlands)

ProsGood mentorship, winning team mode. Learned a lot about the financial aspects of offshore wind energy. The team is the right size (20-30 people), allowing to get to know each other. Lots of calculations with Matlab however making the work sometimes a little boring. Would be nice to be in the field more often.

ConsLack of diversity, both gender nationality and background.

Advice to Senior ManagementThe manager of the department David Molenaar is a very motivating person. I am confident that he will make it to the higher ranks within the organisation.
