Not going to get much better with call center jobs.

ProsGood place to go when you really need a job and their IT positions are a great place to build some experience.

ConsThe corporate level has very little care for their employees, they will sometimes work you to insanity.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou may want to check over some of your departments and see how things fall into the Sutherland standards. There is a lot of inconsistencies.

ProsCall center jobs are never fun. But I know Sutherland is better than most. Some locations like the Rochester tech park are much nicer than Jefferson road.

ConsA lot of rules and regularions., very easy to make a mistake that will coat you your job.

Prosgood overall. nice mgt, flexible, not too much pressure, salary wise also ok, good growth opportunity

Consnot that I can think of however they can be a little less rigid.

ProsEmployee friendly environment. Management is good and are ready to help employees when needed.

ConsNot many growth opportunities. Language being a major problem inside the organization. Salary structure is a bit raw and the finance team needs to be improved.

ProsEveryone was very friendly, about average pay, ample hours, tech support is great

ConsDisorganized at corporate level, departments didn't seem to communicate with each other, inexperienced trainer, difficult to get help from chat when on the phones

ProsYou can work at home, no driving or getting dressed for this job, They have good benefits, the people are enjoyable to work with.

ConsYou have to be both technical and sales savy. Pay is not that great. You have to work bid shifts, hard to get on 1st shift.

Advice to Senior ManagementI would not put sales and technicians in the same job.
