Vivo (Brazil) Reviews
Pros – You get to learn a lot. There are lots of opportunities for those who work pro-actively. Internal movements is also common. Salary is comparable to industry rates, hence smaller than other industries. Promotions happen, especially in new areas.
Cons – Culture is very "corporate". Lots of processes and some bureaucracy. Beware if you don't tolerate that. Cafeteria is not great. It has never been. If you are a 9-6 type of employee, don't expect to be promoted quickly.
Advice to Senior Management – The industry is mature - work hard on providing great customer service. Focus on customer and keep doing what you are doing.
Pros – Good work environment, top benefits.
Cons – Few career opportunities, doesn't have a career and salary plan, job rotation is not stimulated.
Advice to Senior Management – Get out of comfort zone.

Cons – now under mgmt change again. outcome to be seen.
Advice to Senior Management – no longer appicable.
