Fun and frequent team events and casual dress code.
    Free beverages and breakfast.

    ConsGrowth opportunities are somewhat limited.
    Training budgets are tight.
    401K is not so great.

    Casual yet professional

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProscomScore is a great place to work. There is a real spirit of innovation and creativity. There are very few problems with office politics and the upper management is very accessible. Has the perks of both a small and large company. Decent time off and good benefits.

ConsHigh amounts of customization for clients means that there is some inconsistency in certain applications within the company and poor documentation on the more advanced product details. There is a pretty steep learning curve to attain more than average proficiency.

Advice to Senior ManagementHold the sales team accountable for their screwups!! Hold the developers accountable for more transparent and thorough documentation.

Great industry clout, but US focused and quarterly driven

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)

ProsDeveloping some very interesting products and solutions for the digital industry. The company - and hence the employees - is viewed as an independent third-party to the media buyers and sellers. Flexible time off policy, but work from home is normal.

ConsSenior Management focus really on US products and not much of US products launched outside of the US. Some markets get more products than others. There is no roll out plan for the markets.

Advice to Senior Managementplease focus on international development. invest in people too.

    Client Servicing Manager

    Client Service Manager (Current Employee)

ProsFreedom- Just get the work done and the company doesn't bother what else you are doing. Travel in Sales/Servicing roles is immense (If you like to travel), JAPAC management is really good.

ConsMonotonous work, Not much freedom to explore roles within the company (at least in APAC)

Advice to Senior ManagementIntroduce new products, motivate employees and try being more communicative

    Survey Research Director

Survey Research Director (Former Employee) Seattle, WA (US)

ProsPeople are what make comScore great. From the leadership on down they are approachable and supportive.

ConsProject driven environment and sometimes there can be extremely tight timelines. Account folk (i.e. VPs/SVPs) do not necessarily have a research background. They will alter deadlines and even change the scope of work on you without your knowledge. This unfortunately mean that you need to take an aggressive project management role in addition to your other duties.

Internet Tech Company on the Rise

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee) Toronto, ON (Canada)

ProsI worked out of the Canadian offices:
    - Good office culture (employees got a long quite well)
    - Plenty of snacks and drinks stocked in the kitchen
    - Good potential for personal growth (if going into Sales is your preference)
    - 3 weeks vacation starting (pretty on par with most tech companies)
    - Work/ Life balance is there and we get laptops to work from home for any emergencies

Cons- The only way to grow within the Canadian offices if you are part of the client service team is to move into Sales. For those people that didn't want to go that route, their career path stagnated. Because the Canadian office is just a remote office of the US headquarters, it is really hard to carve out a long term career where you'd be able to work different areas of the business.

Advice to Senior Management- Open up more avenues of growth for individuals. The company is in a good position for future development and ensuring you attract top talent is key to sustained growth long-term.

good learning xperience for a more senior position

Technical Consultant Digital Analytix (Former Employee) Amsterdam (Netherlands)

Prosfriendly office sphere, free softdrinks, coffee and snacks, highly skilled employees, benefits and perks are above average

Conssometimes procedures are unclear, the support and consulting departments are fighting between each other over responsibilities, within the support department you need to be friends with the managers and highly socially engaged outside the office to be able to proceed to a higher level

Advice to Senior Managementwatch out on friend politics
