Interview Details Applied online, had a telephone interview then assessment centre at Bracknell. The day we well organised and very relaxed. Really enjoyed it, seems like a great place to work. Their hiring process seems somewhat flawed with only 2/6 of those who attended getting a job offer, even though i think at least 4/6 were very qualified.

Interview Details
Two face to face interview with two IT managers, not an interview where you are grilled about what you know but rather they want to find out about you and visa versa. Sound like an interesting place to work with some great facilities open to people that do work there i.e. gym, football pitch, squash courts
Other aspects of the interview includes a group excerise four of us had a problem, we had to come to a conclusion and then present our answers to the four people watching us and there was also a tour of the facilities.

Interview Details
The process started with a phone interview and a questionaire. If you can get to the in person interview, you are likely 50% or better. My interview was with 4 people and they are basically looking for competence. If you appear competent and have the credentials... Congratulations.
In order to get this job, you must be open to relocating anywhere THEY want to send you.
Interview Question – I was thrown $$$ figures without an actual offer as an ice breaker in an interview. I certainly wasn't expecting it and it took away much of my negotiation capacity. Answer Question

Interview Details Went well, got a position. Now trying to move after 3 years, I have applied to over 50 positions, some lateral, some would be a promotion and even a few lower grade. I have had 2 interviews and the rest have been sorry charlie, keep trying. After 50+, that outragous and unacceptable. It is definately, not what you know, it is WHO you know.
Negotiation Details – Vacation time was the only thing I could negotiate. My salary was 6K less than my last position.

Interview Details The interview process was professional but still friendly. I was taken to the on site Walmart showroom and asked a variety of experience based questions. They were thorough with my resume and were interested to learn. In the end they went with a candidate with more experience but I am thankful for the interview process. I feel like I gained a lot.
