Interview Details The first part of the process is a phone screen that's very thorough however they will send you materials to prepare in advance. Then when you come in for a face to face interview typically you'll. meet with two account managers who will be considering to hire you for their team. The first half of the interview is pretty typical going over your résumé and career goals. The second half is a series of behavioral interview questions that you really need to be prepared to answer. Finally if your Invited back for a half day you sit with various recruiters on the floor. At some point you may interview with another two account managers and you almost always have you meet with the director since he makes the ultimate decision about bringing you onboard
Interview Question – Describe a time that you were able to persuade others to see things from your point of view Answer Question

Interview Details Met them at my college's career fair and followed up with the recruiter. Was contacted 2 days later by an intern who unexpectedly began screening me on the phone. Pretty basic: Why are you suited for sales, why did you choose your school/major... She then set up the next phone interview with the corporate recruiter. Also not too difficult. Asked about why I was interested in sales and in Aerotek, what motivated me, what are my goals, where can I see myself in 5 years, how much money do I want to make. After, she scheduled me for an in-office interview which was done with 2 employees. Before the interview, the corporate recruiter prepped me and made sure I would be confident going into the in-office interview. In-office was pretty much the same as the previous 2 phone screens, no questions out of the ordinary. Make sure to know information on Aerotek
Interview Question – Talk about a time you faced adversity. What are your 3 motivators? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why Aerotek? What was a recent goal that you failed to reach? Answer Question

No Offer – Interviewed in Chesapeake, VA (US) Apr 2013 – Reviewed May 10, 2013 New
Interview Details Typical and short. Interviewer was very nice and asked all the basic questions as well as past salary and expected salary. He actually had a particular job in mind for me, but after consulting with the client, my background ultimately didn't match what they needed. It was an opportunity to interview.
Interview Question – All questions were typical interview questions; none of them hit me from left field. I was more taken aback by how I was selected for the interview: for my secondary experience, not my primary. Answer Question

Interview Details I was initially called by an internal recruiter and set up another time to talk in more detail. She called me back a few days later, asked me a few questions about my interests, why recruiting, where I wanted to live, etc. I was immediately asked to complete an in person interview and scheduled that for the next week. I had a one on one interview with one of the sales executives because the branch manager, who I was originally supposed to interview with, was unavailable (I was notified beforehand that this may happen). We talked for 45-60 mins. Mainly behavioral based questions (think STAR method) and a little bit about myself, my experiences in college, leadership positions, etc. He showed me around the office a little and immediately told me I would be advancing to the next step, a half day shadow. The half day lasted around 3 hours, I sat with 2 different recruiters, they discussed their day to day with me a bit, showed me around the office, and allowed me to ask questions. I then had an interview that lasted about 45 minutes with the branch manager and two account executives. Again, very behavioral based, but more based around recruiting and sales. I was told I would hear back by the end of the day Monday (interviewed on a Thursday). They called Monday morning with an offer.

Interview Details Interviewers (senior recruiter and sales team manager) were welcoming and friendly. They expect that you are familiar with the recruiter position (pay structure, working hours, duties). What they are looking for are individuals who know what to expect from the position and are still willing to commit. So show that.

No Offer – Interviewed in Schaumburg, IL (US) Apr 2013 – Reviewed Apr 29, 2013
Interview Details Applied online, received a phone call and email follow up about a week or two later. Had me come in to do a panel interview in person, then asked to come back for a half day shadow, which I never ended up doing due to accepting a different offer. If I hadn't received the other offer I would have continued to pursue this opportunity.
Interview Question – They send you a list of questions they'll ask you and how you'll be reviewed. As long as you read the packet, you'll know what they'll ask. Answer Question
No Offer – Interviewed in Piscataway, NJ (US) Apr 2013 – Reviewed Apr 27, 2013
Interview Details I was phone screened twice by a corporate recruiter in PA. A couple of days later, I went in for a panel interview with the director and an account manager. The director of operations only asked non-work related questions as to get a feel of your personality and if you are sales driven, while the account manager just listened in during the conversation and didn't give much input. Overall, both managers were non-informative and it seems that they don't care about their employees.
Interview Question – What was your biggest failure in life? Answer Question
