Interview Details Middle management dominated by females, a sorority girl culture mentality exist. Heterosexual male doesn't stand a chance of getting hired. Sad but true. When the panel you are interviewed by has 4 females interrogating you and your the only male there and yes I use interrogate not interview you, It doesn't take much insight tknow your not gettng the job or an serious consideration for it.
