Interview Details The Process consisted of 2 rounds. The 1st Round was an initial campus interview. The 2nd Round was a cocktail hour and dinner with the executives, which was followed by 4 interviews the following morning. The Interview questions were mostly behavioral/situational. Bank of America also took all the interviewees on a tour around charlotte after the interview process was finished.
