Interview Details I was studying abroad and applied online to BlackRock because the deadline was coming to a close. I applied for the Graduate Program for BlackRock, and was accepted for a first round interview. Questions were harder than most of the other interviews I have had, because you would actually need current information in order to stay on top of the interview questions. Interviewer was nice, and the interview lasted for about 45 minutes.
