Interview Details There was a manager phone interview and after many questions, they had another employee to contact me for a Technical interview. They had me come into the office and I met with five different employees one by one. Each employee asked his or her own questions. Later they called me back to tell me they were interested in hiring me and an offer letter would be sent to me.

Interview Details I went to a job fair and went around to all the company's tables there. CACI was near to the last table I visited. I told them about myself and what I was interested in doing. They looked over my resume and one of the gentlemen said Oh you know HTML? Yes I said! They put me in touch with a contract manager they knew who was looking for someone. I had an interview with that person and they offered me a job, nearly on the spot. I think it was a day or two later I got a job offer letter. I accepted, easy as that.
Interview Question – I don't think I had a difficult question. It was an interview that was easygoing. I think the mutual feeling was that I could fit right in. It was probably a once in a lifetime easy interview. When I was laid off after the contract ended in 2010, I have been having a hard time since just getting an interview anywhere. Answer Question

Declined Offer – Reviewed Jan 15, 2013
Interview Details I was initially contacted by a recruiter who saw my résumé online. I contacted her for a prescreen. She asked my salary requirements, job duties, skills, etc. and stated that the information was fine and I am a good fit for a position in MD. She set up an interview and I accepted. The interview seemed to go well as the technical lead told me he would consider me for a junior position but would meet my salary requirements. I agreed and get a call later that day offering me the position at an 11k lower than my current salary. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. The recruiter did not do due diligence and check the salary requirements for the position.
Interview Question – None Answer Question

No Offer – Interviewed in Ashburn, VA (US) Oct 2012 – Reviewed Nov 04, 2012
Interview Details I received an email less than a week from responding to an online job board. After a few pleasant email exchanges, the interview was scheduled and clear, concise directions given with onsite point of contact information included. Upon arrival, everything fell neatly into place from the receptionist to the onsite interviewer beginning the interview on time. The interview panel consisted of the onsite manager, Functional Lead Analyst and several developers who had conferenced in. I was informed that the PM who had set up the interview would not be on the call. The interview process went well but I was asked questions about job skills that were not on my resume. I see that as a let-down that CACI's PM did not do his due diligence. My work experience & skillsets matched the "Duties and Responsibilities" of the job description very, very well.
Interview Question – I was asked to describe the process I would employ in testing a back end process: How I would test to ensure an imported file was processed properly? View Answer

Interview Details
I applied for a law clerk position with CACI online. I got a phone call about it within a couple of weeks and was asked to come in for an in-person interview. Because the job posting was very, very vague, I asked for some detail about the position (where it was), which they were not allowed to give me. I was not sure whether this was a law clerk position with CACI's legal department or a law clerk position that was contracted outward. So I couldn't do any research to prepare beyond looking at the job posting.
I showed up for the interview and it was extremely short, conducted by someone who was not the person hiring or in the department that was hiring. It ended up that it was a law clerk position for the government regarding a well-known environmental issue. The interviewer was extremely out of it and was asking questions from a paper and writing in my answers. She was zoned out and stopped the interview a few times to make odd comments (my favorite was "I forgot how to draw a P.. it looks just like a D, but with a line..") .. I struggled to make myself stand out when I felt unprepared and was being interviewed by someone who was burnt out and did not care much. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. The lady was nice but could not give me much detail about the job, the timeline for a response, or anything else when it was my turn for questions.
I sent a follow-up thank you email and inquired a few days after that. I never heard back, at all. I assume no one was impressed by me, but I felt like the ability to impress anyone was gone when my interviewer was checked out and was not the one hiring.
Interview Question – First question, having walked into an interview where they wouldn't tell me what the position was for - "What do you think a law clerk does?" Answer Question
