Interview Details initial contact from manpower recruitment agency for the first contact. 2 interviews at Convergys, one from the team leader and second one with the operations manager for the inside sales floor. It was a quick process and I received my offer only hours after the second interview. The process involved some negotiation with both the recruiter for a relocation package as well as negotiation with the operations manager for relocation as well as time off for a planned surgery.
Interview Question – They asked me to describe a situation from my previous role where I did not succeed. Describing a problem, the steps i took to overcome and the result of my choices. It was tough to decide what situation to choose that I thought would fit what they were looking for, as well as give a good idea of my abilities and approach to problems. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was able to negotiate a relocation package which consisted of starting at full salary from day 1 instead of the lower starting salary for 3 months.

Interview Details Simple process, have a pulse and know how to use a computer and you can probably get a job here. Just basic computer processes, and the ability to type 30 words per min, and a general sense of how to comport yourself. There was a short phone interview at first, and then came a one on one, and then they called with an offer later.

Negotiation Details – There was no negotiation. They offered me a job, and told me what the pay would be. It was an ok job for someone without a college education. It provided the benefit of free Directv service after 1 month, which is about how long it takes for the training.

Interview Details Interview process is bit lengthy. It starts from screening of the profile to the average 6 months rating. Post which there will be a written assesment, pannel round. Post selection one has to serve as Intern for 6 months and during his/her internship if there are any openings he/she will be moved to that role. Else back to agent.
Interview Question – Questions are related to job profile. if you are good at job you can crack it. Answer Question

Interview Details It was quick. I applied on a Thursday and within a week and a half, was offered a job.

Interview Details Applied for the position through the Convergys website and about a week later I received an e-mail and then a phone call from their recruiting department. Went in the next day and completed an assessment to determine if my skills were what they wanted. Basic computer knowledge and typing skills was what got tested. After completing all that which took about an hour a member from the recruiting department comes out and takes you to an office and tells you what the pay is, what the position entails and then you're pretty much hired all that's left is to get your start date and complete a drug test. Overall the employees were nice.

Interview Details Done by Recruiting Department. They make it seem better than it is. They are very anxious to hire you if you are disabled due to the fact that the company gets Federal Tax Credits
Interview Question – They are very behind technologically. I wasn't informed that I couldn't use my most up to date computer with 3.0 usb. Everything is done from a thumbdrive which they also don't tell you will damage your computer. View Answer
Negotiation Details – There is no negotiation and they don't consider years and years of experience, they start everyone at entry level in Customer Service.

Interview Details I was referred to Convergys by a friend. I initially had two phone interviews with the Hiring Manger and Director, then an onsite interview. I left the onsite interview very excited and really hoping I would get the job as the opportunity to contribute was great
Interview Question – I was asked if I would be willing to wait until they were able to open a position. I got the impression they were terminating someone to make that happen. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The negotiation process was straightforward. I had been clear on my salary expectations and they were met.

Interview Details Everything was done in one day. It started with submitting your resume and then doing a preliminary interview with 2 other applicants where the information on your resume will be verified while your English speaking skill is assessed. After passing the prelim, there's a second interview, one-on-one with a recruiter, then an examination that lasts 2 hours. The exam is to check on which account you'll fit best. If you pass the exam you'll undergo a final interview where you'll be informed whether you can expect a job offer or not. The job ofer is given usually the next day or on the same day if til within office hours.
Interview Question – Most of the questions are general questions so as long as you know your resume by heart, you should have no worries. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – The job offer (monthly salary, wok hours) is presented on the inal interview. When the documents are presented, you basically take it or leave it.

Interview Details I went through the interview process online. Took tests and voice audition. I was able to pass everything except computer test. I need a newer computer. Mine is over 6 years old.
