Tier II Helpdesk Tech Interview (Positive Experience; Easy Interview)
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Energy Enterprise Solutions in December 2009.
Interview Details One on one interview with manager. Went over my experiance, what was expected of the position, and the plan for the new contract. Interview wasn't very challenging but enough was talked about to get a good feeling for the position. The hiring manager was interested in my experiance and made the whole process very comfortable.
Interview Question – No unexpected questions. General Tier II support questions regarding experiance. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Was offered more than requested salary so there was no need for negotiation.
