It was a telephonic interview as I was based out of a different location- so no first hand experience of face-to-face
Four rounds of interview- Initial discussion, Technical Round (2 levels), HR
Questions majorly on current role; explanation of few case studies
Multiple rounds of discuss hiring team manager and senior manager moderate level questions doable good sector knowledge required for this level of role HR is stringy to offer.HR will push for low salary hikes need to negotiate well

Interview
There are generally three rounds, not a very complicated process. Mine was telephonic. First round will be HR round, second one will be technical, and if you cleared both, there will be a third and final round.

Basic questions depending on your prior work experience
First-round technical and second-round online test and third-round technical and third-round online. After submitting the online test got the feedback. Positive experience with above-expected salary. I would recommend to others as EVS is the best research and analytics consulting firm.
