Interview Details Didn't get to the interview per se, I was contacted by their rep and I scheduled an interview, unfortunately a few hours later a personal matter came up and I had to cancel. I immediately called and spoke to the rep who was very rude to me when I told them I was not sure when I could reschedule. I won't be contacting them again.

Interview Question – They said they they'd be asking situational questions during the interview process and would want a three part answer: what the situation was, how you handled it and what was the outcome.   Answer Question

Graphic Designer at Express Scripts

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Saint Louis, MO (US) – Reviewed Feb 17, 2013

Interview Details Started as a contractor and was offered a permanent position about 6 weeks later. Didn't go through the regular interview and hiring process.
I have pursued other positions within the company and several times got no response to my inquiry. Other times I interviewed in-person or over-the-phone.

Interview Question – Since I started as a contractor and was recommended by a staffing agency, I was essentially pre-qualified for the position. So, nothing unexpected.   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I didn't really negotiate salary. It was a decent offer. But I did negotiate time off in order to get married before I had earned the vacation time.
