Interview Details I was directed through the University Campus services. They asked about behavioral questions. They were kind of difficult but not really. BE PREPARED for the questions. They seem very generic. They can be mean and stern but some are very nice. Exxon is a great place to be an intern at.

Interview Details Initial contact was on campus career fair. Got an call to schedule an interview that same day. Interview was about an hour long. Pretty relaxed interview, very conversational to start. STAR interview format, they ask you to name a situation and task and how you reacted in that situation. Fairly straightforward, no real curveballs. Asked about campus activities, biggest achievements, etc. Got a decision in a ~month's time. Although I believe they make their decision soon after the interview.

The interviewer asked many behavioral questions even though I was applying for a technical position. The interview took around 45 minutes and consisted of behavioral and leadership questions.
Before the interview there was a group/panel meeting that allowed the candidates to meet with the recruiters and ask them questions on how the company operates, its culture, etc.
It was a very good experience even though I did not get the position.

Interview Details
A week after I posted my CV I got a phone call. After the usual questions about the resume, they ask you a few behavioral type questions. Nothing too fancy (ex. teamwork, problem solving).
There were two almost identical interviews with two interviewers and a full range of behavioral questions. At the end there were two very basic knowledge based questions too.
The interviewers are extremely friendly and very accommodating to your schedule when it comes to the appointments.
