Zoom interview, the woman interviewing was a total stickler, you could tell. Probably think's she's queen of computers because she can work MS office, zoom and outlook like a pro. Does not realize anyone under 35 can do the store associate job/printing and copying. Bet the person she hires only last a couple months, and only knows how to work social media.

it was fairly easy, went in and was welcomed by the manger. The interview lasted about 25mins and it was a pretty average interview, questions were not difficult to answer.

Job Fair, apply online and they pull your application. You sit with two managers and they ask basic questions. Asked many questions and you are required to take a drug test and background test. The questions were very easy questions and they are looking for people with tons of energy.

The interview was pretty easy. It consisted of two interviews both with two people asking questions. The first one was with the district manager and the second was with a store manager at the place I was meant to work. They asked pretty standard questions you would get from any interview. They also went over my resume and asked questions about that.

Initially I applied on Snagajob.com. I then received a phone call about two weeks later from the assistant manager. He conducted an informal phone interview. Based on my answers to his questions, he asked that I interview with him personally. I went for an interview at the store and interview with him (the assistant manager) and the store manager. They called me that day and told me that they wanted me to have a second interview. They then sent me to interview with the district manager in Buckhead, which I thought to be a little over kill given the position I applied for was non-management. I received a phone call about two weeks later stating that I would be offered the job based on a background check and drug screening.

I had a total of three interviews done for just the customer service position, they look for the right people. The first interview was a phone interview followed by a 1:1 with two managers then a group interview. Overall great experience.

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Federal Way, WA
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FedEx Office (Federal Way, WA) in May 2011
I applied online and a couple of days later I received a call to come in for a interview. It was a 1 on 1 interview. The interview probably took 20 minutes, but I felt like it would never end. He had a packet full of questions. It felt like he was asking the same question over and over. "Give an example of a time you had to..." blah blah.

FedEx Office called me Thursday night and I missed the call! Called back Friday morning, it was a short and sweet phone interview, ended up having an interview that afternoon! I met the Assistant Manager, and the Manager. It lasted about 30 minutes. It went extremely well! They were so nice and very welcoming! Scheduled another interview for Tuesday with the District Manager. Once again, it went well, he was very nice and the interviewed lasted about an hour.
