Interview Details Phone interview was merely to make sure you have a pulse and let you know there will be a drug screen. The panel interview is usually a hiring manager and one of the former mechanics that is now a technical advisor. Mainly gaging your customer service and conflict resolution skills as well as your ability to handle decision making with the interests of multiple stakeholders in mind.
Interview Question – What is the minimum amount of voltage a battery can have and still start a car? View Answer
