Easy process and very friendly individuals. The system that was used for interview was easy to navigate and questions were not difficult. I highly recommend this process over any other company interview process

There was a pre-recorded video interview with multiple rounds of questions. They allowed one minute to prepare for your answer and only one chance to record your answer. There were both behavioral questions and questions related to the specific position.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs (London, England)
The interview process for my division was rather long. One route was to go through the internship program where you spent 10 weeks on the trading floor meeting people and being quizzed. Another method was to interview and this was not particularly easy and also consisted of 10+ interviews in most instances.
- Questions around markets both equities and fixed income.

I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs in Dec 2011
For the first round, I was mainly tested on my aptitude for the financial sector (given I am from an Engineering background), asked to describe a difficult situation when working within a team and asked about my previous internship experiences in other banks. Since I applied for Sales positions I was also asked to pitch the inteviewer a stock. Lastly, I was asked where else I had applied to (Citibank and GS) and why I had chosen these 2, why I wanted to work there.
- What motivates you when you get up every morning?

The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Goldman Sachs in Feb 2011
The interview process was normal but what I really did not like about them was that they were so unclear about their results and would make you wait for weeks. They don't care at all about the applicants, which probably comes from their over-confidence as a top player.
