Anonymous Employee
Application

Interview
Very old-fashioned questions and mannerisms, just like the mom-and-pop mentality they are seemingly trying to maintain. They mostly seem to care about being able to balance a drawer and about reliability. I felt like a teenager at the interview and feel like a child as a now-employee. Was issued a basic math test with scenarios related to everyday scenarios on the job. Pretty standard craft store interview for a big-box company.
