I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at IBM (London, England) in Dec 2012
Interview
First round Assessment Day. I did not think it was a nice atmosphere. There were about 50 people, for various start times of the year. We got an introduction presentation from one lady that started a few years ago with the job, she did not seem to experienced. Then we were split in groups, some had to do written tests first, the others the groups exercise. The written tests were rather difficult, especially the verbal test. Best to practice GMAT or the McKinsey PST. The group exercise was terrible. Had to solve something in a small group of five. One person directly stood up and acted a bit like someone who wants to put themselfs upfront. Very unfriendly and nearly arrogant. Surprisingly this person as chosen afterwards. Got the impression group exercise and behavior there was the most important thing.
