Interview Details They hire people like themselves. Not too bright, looks busy all day, and discusses lots of BS like new processes that make little sense. The process varies. If you are smart and pass by HR, they will approve you if you happen to be wanted by someone high enough. Otherwise, they don't really hire (though they think they do), they protect the company from law suits.
Interview Question – How do you work with colleagues? View Answer
Negotiation Details – They lie about your potential to raise your salary and get promoted. Then they give as low an offer as possible with a promise for the future. They screw you.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 months.
