Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Salem, OR (US) May 2013 – Reviewed May 08, 2013

Interview Details I turned my application into the store while I was going on one of my daily job hunting sprees. I've wanted this job since I was 16 but never got a call back (probably due to my lack of experience) but now (I'm 19 and out of college with plenty of experience in CS that I got the call back about a week or so after I turned in the application since they started hiring. I was in Kentucky at the time so I had to schedule my interview for a week later and the manager was totally okay with it. On my interview day I wore a blue (Forever21) button up, slacks, 1" black heels and had my hair and makeup light and professional (a little much for Jamba but hey it couldn't hurt) We sat outside the store at one of the umbrella tables and her questions were pretty typical. Thankfully I looked here on glassdoor before I went into the interview or I would have been screwed. Some of the questions she asked were "Tell me about yourself", "If I asked your last employer about you what would they say", "what's your availability like?" She was very straight forward and fun. She was also extremely straightforward in saying that she trains by the book and has fired people over drama being started in store which I understand. Aside from that I was hired on the spot and my orientation is today! It's a 2 hour long orientation.

Interview Question – What is Integrity?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – I'm an idiot and didn't ask anything about pay since I was just so excited to finally not have to job hunt anymore so when I go in today I'm going to get all of the details. I'm assuming it's minimum wage.

Interview Details Came in on a Friday and turned in an application and introduced myself to the manager. Apparently the Jamba Juice I applied at was very bad with getting back to applicants. I emailed the manager and called once on Monday and then again on Tuesday and I finally got ahold of him. Came in that day for an interview with a Team Lead, and then came again on Friday for an interview with the manager. Waiting to hear back. Also I had a friend who worked there who put in a recommendation for me

Interview Details I attended the National Job Fair and it was a group interview. There was a store manager and team leader asking questions about why do you want to work here, what does integrity mean, and tell me about a time you helped someone. Overall it was easy, just a lot of young teens applying.

Interview Question – What would you do if you had trouble with a customer?   Answer Question

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in San Diego, CA (US) – Reviewed Mar 21, 2013

Interview Details The first interview was an open interview. It wasn't a group interview or anything. You came and you had to fill out an application, whether you had filled one out online or not. (Make sure to bring your resume with you!) And you waited for your assigned time, went with what I think was a Team Lead, and began your interview. Not too difficult of questions, but I think it was because the lady made me feel really comfortable, which made it easy for me to answer. I made her laugh with my answers sometimes, I think she liked that :b Unfortunately I think they were only hiring one person for her location, but I got a second interview still, and it was with one nearby. After the first interview, I got a callback one week and one day later and scheduled that second interview. I actually couldn't make it the day that she first tried to schedule, but I was able to schedule it the next day. So the second interview was a little bit more difficult for me, I don't know if it was because the first one went so well or if it was because I woke up too early, but I became really nervous and was surprised at how unprepared I was that it even made my performance worse. I honestly did not think that I would get the job. Anyways, after I interviewed with her, she gave me a card to go onto JobOn and complete a video interview, then four days after that I received a call saying that I got hired! :) p.s. that video interview was really awkward for me.. hahaha.

Negotiation Details – None.

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in San Francisco, CA (US) Jan 2012 – Reviewed Jan 27, 2013

Interview Details gave my application to the store, called in a few times to see if they got my application, manager called me back within a few weeks. The interview was very laid back and easy, they basically want to know how well you work as a "team", however the hiring process took at least a month.

Interview Question – Describe your three weaknesses..   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – None, minimum wage, however, with this company it is very hard to get a raise.. Iv'e known people that have been working with this company for years now and they haven't gotten a raise.

1) Group interview. Distinguish yourself out of the group.
2) One on one interview with a Team Lead.
3) Final interview with the General Manager. It's a formality at this point, you've probably been hired.

Interview Question – Not unexpected, but probably the most important question. How good are you working in a group?   View Answer
