Interview Details I went to one of their stores for an interview with the manager. it is fairly easy as you need to simply show that you are happy with the job and looking forward to working hard. have a bright personality is a plus

Negotiation Details – they give you 1 month trial which is just there for what i believe to be legal reasons because i have never seen anyone being told they have not passed their probationary period unless they were causing problems

Interview Details Applied online and in about 2 weeks got a call for an interview. It consisted of everyone meeting at 9 that also applied and the manager took us one by one. It was literally one of the easiest things I've ever done. There were no "questions" that you would have to prepare for for an interview. It was basically what are you applying for, what's your availability, and the one question you would actually have to think for was "Why mcdonald's".

After that was done and it was over I did not get a call back for about 2 weeks for them to tell me to go for computer training (which is one of the most boring things ever for 3 hrs) and that let me know I got hired.

The process was easy, just get ready for hell on earth once you start, it is not the happy place ronald mcdonald would hope for.

Negotiation Details – No negotiation. the work is not hard but as big as a company mcdonald's is the people up top could afford to standardize paying at least $8. You get 7.25 an hr

Interview Details well, basicly you apply either online or at the boot if they have one. i strongly suggest going to the booth inside. it lets the people know that you are applying and it is faster. i applied at the booth and got a call about a week or two later. i came in and they gave me a free drink while i waited. the manager was interviewing someone while i waited. then they called me and i was interviewed in the actual dining room of mcdonald with all the costumers. they aske me four questions. Basicly in a nut shell.
One. what was a time that you worked with a team and they did not do well, how or what did you do with the situation
Two. what was a time that you showed over acheiveing preformace (going out of your way) to help some one/stranger.
Three. time that you had a lot of tasks and did them well.
Four. time that you had a task that was complex or something that took a lot of work or something to get it done.
the Female manager told me that she wanted to hire me at the end of the interview. she wanted to do something called a red folder thing. then she said that i have orentaion to go to.

Negotiation Details – after the interview the manager said that we could talk about if i was willing to work certain hours. she gave me a set amount of money, there was no negotiation.
