Interview Details The interview process was straightforward and not unlike other companies for this type of position. Nothing too technical was asked beyond which programs you were comfortable with. What really got me was the way in which they handled the post interview. The interview itself went well. I was comfortable and felt I answered every question to the best of my ability. We finished the interview and my interview told me "We'll get back to you within the week." After my interview I emailed my interviewer and sent him a thank you as is to be expected. Well a month goes by and I hear not a word from them. Almost a month to the day of my interview, Noble was scheduled to speak at the Business School. It was a Tuesday night at 6:55pm (meeting was at 7) when I got the email telling me I didn't get the job. What are the odds? They haven't said a word to me for a month (after promising they would get back to me in a week) and all the sudden send out an email a month later, 5 minutes before they were supposed to stand in front of a few students and present their company. What sounds more likely? That someone was at work at 6:55 on a Tuesday night sending emails to potential interns on the same exact night that their reps were on campus, or that they saw me before the meeting and quickly sent me an email to cover their ass? I found it totally unprofessional. It's not like I'm bitter about not getting the job. I scored an even better internship with a Big4 firm less than a week later, but the fact that they handled their end so poorly probably means I won't even apply to work their once I graduate. I wouldn't want to work for a company that conducts business in this fashion. I know some people who work there and they claim to enjoy the work, but I'm pretty turned off to them at this point.
Interview Question – It was more behavioral type questions. Nothing technical past "Do you know how to use Microsoft Office and could you learn a more in depth system?" Answer Question
