Property Manager at Public Storage

Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Oct 2009 – Reviewed Sep 10, 2012

Interview Details Three interviews, "canned" interview questions. The hiring manager was more concerned about my ability to pass the background investigation and reminded me several times I would need to "pee" into a cup, than in my work history. Although the position was titled "manager" it was clear from the interview that I would not be managing anyone; this was a very task oriented position.

Interview Question – Are you comfortable cleaning up "poop"?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – Absolutely no negotiation. I own that entirely - I wanted/needed a job so badly I took the first offer made to me.
