I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PwC (McLean, VA) in Feb 2010
Interview
Phone interview consisted of basic background/qualifications - basically a review of your resume.
Panel Interview consisted of four different employees interviewing 30 minutes each. The first of which was a security clearance interview - he basically provided HR a thumbs up/thumbs down on whether or not you would easily be able to obtain a security clearance. The next was a somewhat recently hired employee in the Finance department, the next was a lady from HR, and the last was the head of the Finance Department - questions were all relative to the department the interviewers were from. Basic knowledge questions, experience, what you want to do in 5 years, what you want to get out of this job, so on... Very basic and pretty simple structure.

Why would you like to work for PricewaterhouseCoopers?
My interview at the company was really good today. I sat down with the boss to talk about my past jobs. They explained what I would do every single day. It felt just like a nice chat with a friend.
