Interview Details I was a 4 1/2 process that I had to complete a typing test and behavioral interview on site.

Interview Question – Name a time where you had a situation that was out of your control? How did you resolve the issue and what was the outcome whether good or bad?   Answer Question

Negotiation Details – I started as a Customer Service Rep and after 4 months was crossed trained to become a Universal Agent in Customer Service and Technical Support. After 6 months of employment with the company I was promoted to the Workforce Management as a Full time SOD agent for my campaign.

I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 2+ weeks - interviewed at Sitel in October 2013.

Interview Details There are 4 rounds of interview
1. Face to face interview. Just your basic details and few easy questions
2. English round. you need to speak over the phone with an automated machine.
3.Operations round. Technical questions
4.English round. Face to face interview with the company recruiter

Going through the operations round is a bit tricky , just stick to your basics

Interview Details Submit resume online, you get an auto reply via email to get someone in 72hrs to contact you, interview over the phone, advise to get another call for 2nd round but never happened

Interview Details You have to first complete the online application along with the skills test & the voice test, which is long. You will then be called by a recruiter who will ask you questions about job experiences & then an face-to-face interview will be conducted later

Interview Details You apply online. I had to follow up with them as I had not heard anything within the allotted time. Once I touched bases they confirmed my results and set interview time. It was pretty standard and I was luckily hired on the spot.
