Interview Details
-First interview was a 30 minute p\hone conversation wit a recruiter. Pretty straight forward discussion on your resume and gives you a chance to ask clarifying questions about role.
-Gallup test comes after. This took me 45 minutes to do. Were looking to see if I was a type A person that loved to work. Pretty straight forward but sometimes made you think on the spot to give examples.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4 weeks.
