I don't know, but I would probably need to know what the product plans were, how you did against those plans and the other circumstances that caused you to either miss your plans or achieve suboptimal results.

Conduct fortnight or monthly meetings with the stakeholders of the product. Explain them what are current features and roadmap of the product. Listen their views on what are difficulties they are facing and their suggestions how the product could be improve on. Incorporate all these views as news letter and publish it across them.
