I was contacted by WilsonHCG after they had reviewed my resume on Career Builder. My initial interview was at the time of the initial call which was basic information and questions concerning my experience in hiring/managing other nurses. I was also informed of the basic job description with some discussion of salary. My 2nd interview was with the head Recruiter for the healthcare client WilsonHCG had contracted with. This interview included information on my nursing knowledge in various areas as well as a role play. My salary and the specifics about the client was reviewed. The job expectations were also discussed. My 3rd interview was with the account manager for the client and was fairly brief with a brief role play. I then received an offer. I was then given more information about the salary and the start date and expectations. I was contacted by HR personnel and completed the hiring process. The position is remote and the company is based in Tampa, FL. I was quickly provided with a computer and training on the programs necessary to perform my job well. I was incorporated into the team with open arms. The employees at WilsonHCG are upbeat, positive and more than willing to help each other. Even though most of the employees are remote there is a team atmosphere. Being a nurse for more than 30 years I have found the work culture at WilsonHCG the best I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The people are supportive and work toward making WilsonHCG the best!
