Interview Details I initially reached out to Yodle via their online application form via Yodle's online application. Within two hours, a recruiter contacted me and invited me in for an interview the following day. I missed that interview, and had to reschedule, to which the recruiter had no problem. The interview went well and was very relaxed. I was asked questions pertaining to my career goals and how much money I wanted to earn. Eventually the recruiter brought me to an office where I spoke with my future direct manager, and area sales manager as well. Both conversations went well and the position seemend like a good fit. Before I left, they let me sit on the sales floor to get a better understanding of day-to-day activity: the sales floor is a boiler room and seemed like a lot of fun. After about 20 minutes, I sat down with the recruiter again who said that I should think about the position and come back tomorrow if I'm interested. I did, and was offered a job via email later that day. I submitted to a criminal background check and nothing else -- no drug test. I was hired three weeks in advance.

Interview Details They have two programming exercises, the harder one is a programming challenge where you have to place jugglers in their preferred circuits. I spent a few hours programming it and got the correct solution, and you e-mail your solution and resume to the e-mail address based on your answer. The e-mail just goes straight to HR, you don't bypass them. All I got was a disinterested reply saying they'll pass my resume to managers and see if there's any interest. You don't get an automatic interview as the challenge sort of implied. Oh well.

Interview Details
I applied online and got my resume to the top of the stack by solving programming problems they have posted on their website.
Interviewer called me soon after for interview.
Asked me some pretty basic stuff, but then asked me if I was "ready" to move to Manhattan. He seemed fixated on the fact that since I had never lived in the area before, that I wasn't educated enough (in terms of the area) to really move there and said I needed to do more research. He seemed to concentrate more on that than the technical questions, which were mostly easy.
Interview did not call back after that.

Solved the harder problem from their website, got a call in a couple of days
First was a minor tech screening with their HR recruiter who was courteous and knowledgeable. Discussed about experience and some easy datastructure questions.
Second was a phone interview with one of their engineering manager. Asked about some project experience picked from my resume. Further on a question to design a small system with OOP. Requirements were clarified beforehand. Interview was nice and simple but I think the time frame was not big enough for me to design the system. Interviewer was very patient and we had a good interaction.
Interview Question – Design an "order management" system. Answer Question

Interview Details Submit app online. They will call you and it seems like it's just to set up an interview time but it somewhat turns into a mini phone interview. Nothing too crazy just catches you off guard. Then they will set up a time for you to go to the location, you'll get a mini tour and then get to observe for about half an hour. Then you have your interview, typical questions, but they do want you to prove that you did research about the company and specifically about SEM and SEO. Ask lots of questions!
Interview Question – nothing too extreme. Just be ready for a possible unplanned phone interview Answer Question
