Dreadful for experience hires, pretty good for entry level positions

Solid progression for entry level positions such as analyst or junior consultant can do well if you get stuck in and become a company man
    Global network
    Decent training

Experienced hires look elsewhere and don't make the same mistake many of us have. Company lifers with no outside experience will run rings around you as they know the system inside out. Ex. hires should look at other firms where industry skills are valued i.e. KPMG or Deloitte. Don't make a mistake with your career. 80% of ex hires leave within 12 months.
Performance rating system is a joke and is based more on an old boys network than performance. Situations are manipulated.
Culture is toxic, mainly driven by the performance laddering system. You can't trust many, if any people and constantly watching your back. Horrible environment.
