    I have been working at Allied Healthcare International full-time (more than 3 years)


    Regular shifts, fantastic service users and the other carers I was working with mostly seemed nice.


    Management disrespectful to the carers of the company, they make you feel bad for actually having a life outside the workplace, they use malicious tactics, if you cannot work certain shifts, as the company is short on carers, the service users suffer. On my interview, I came from another agency that went into administration, and was doing some work for a sister agency, which I wasn't overly fond of, I was accused of being sort of 'industrial spy' despite having 4 superb references. It seems that is more target and financial based than caring about people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Start taking notice and constructive feedback from your employees, and treat them with respect, you will receive respect back.
