I have been working at Aon full-time (more than 5 years)

The UK office is a great place to start your career or get really wide range of experience in insurance broking. Aon has a number of market leading accounts and colleagues. If you want to work at a large broker, it is great.

Non-financial KPIs are terrible. Time sheets, data capture, replication of non-client work, compliance - all imposed on the workers and avoided by the more senior staff. Definitely an 'us and them' culture.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Get your hands dirty and really understand what you are asking your staff to do - it's unreasonable and unworkable.
