I have been working at Aquent full-time (more than 5 years)

I love my co-workers, they are wonderful people to work with. The company consistently hire great people. It's the people that makes a company. The benefits are awesome too, Learning funds and resources are provided for those who seek. Flexible work hours tremendously reducing my stress level, I am more productive this way because I can focus 100% when I am working knowing that I can always juggle my schedule when my personal life suddenly take priorities. I will not trade that for gold and diamonds.

Leaders are not perfect, but there is transparency and they work tirelessly to keep ahead of the curve. You'll never get bored no matter how long you have worked for this company, they don't settle to a "comfort zone".

Lack of strategic leadership and high employee turnover. It's like sailing in a ship and not really knowing where it's heading. In some ways it's thrilling, but it could also makes people jump out of ship quickly in the first sign or trouble. It will be hard to keep talented people on board for long.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more strategic not reactive. Be clear with your role and deliver. Being a good leader is not the same as being a good business manager.
