    Pros

great potential and market share. Some very good, talented and hard working people . Let down by culture and no understanding of people

    Cons

Real culture of fear, driven from the top and felt by senior managers . Managers wont take risk or make key decisions as fear no 2nd chance given. The most senior manager micro manages . Senior managers not trusted. So many processes are way off world class and little / no understanding of the value that an engaged workforce can bring to the bottom line. Many people stressed and work/life balance bad. Leadership behaviours do not match actions. Talent leave and no one really wants to understand why. It says something about a company when most of the HR have left / will leave / want to leave .

    Advice to Management

Consider what impact your behaviour is having across the business. Face the fear culture that's been created and do something about it. Look properly and hold a mirror up to yourself when analysing the engagement surveys - they really are telling you something.
