I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time (more than 3 years)

Good opportunities for progression, inclusive work culture, open to change, initial basic salary is pitched at an appropriate level, opportunities to push yourself and learn something new

Salary increases are poor, under use of incentives (financial or otherwise), no compensation for increasing experience, unable to compete with local competitors for experienced staff, confused message from senior management, disconnect between effectiveness of cost cutting and promotion of risk management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Accept that in order to retain good staff and thus manage risk effectively salaries need to be reviewed and adjusted appropriately and at regular intervals.

    Neutral Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO
