I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time (more than a year)

    Pros

    Offer training courses
Given responsibilities beyond that of role if willing
    Career progression if willing

    Cons

Very low pay, even after promotions.
low chance of bonus, poor bonus when it is paid.
Low pay rise, even for good performers, sometimes less than inflation or non-existent.
These factors lead to high staff turnover as anyone with the ability to get a job elsewhere, will do. This also means that the majority of staff are relatively inexperienced.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

management try to use every tactic to reduce staff turnover except for the obvious - pay more.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Neutral Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
