Current Employee - Vice President in London, England

I have been working at BlackRock full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Had a few few years with BLK but all those started with me all left as they had ENOUGH.

    Cons

Salary below Market Rate. Employee has to pay for the name to be on their CV
Work Life balance was a nightmare... even when you had to take off for family reason, you still will be contacted to do some work
HR only think about the business --- HR stands for Hardly Relevant
Manager was very rude and had complaints addressed to HR... But all left the BAD stayed

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Review your HR team and also look into teams where you have lots of talented people leaving. Get the bad manager out and bring/keep the good ones. No need to do an employee survey and not learning from it.
