Former Employee - Senior Consultant in Dallas, TX (US)

I worked at CPA as a contractor (less than an year)

    Pros

Staff was basically friendly, albeit a bit aloof, manager didn't have a clue, was stressed and really unsure of the next steps

    Cons

Most of the accounting was extremely labor intensive and management didn't have a clue as to how to fix the problem, far too many accounting problems and management can't lead. Management seems more concerned with staying behind closed doors and keeping their head in the sand. The owners have gutted the company financially, seems to be ripe for take over

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Sell to the company to someone who knows how to run it.
